1. The service
NexLora ("the System") provides waybill financial accounting, reporting and related features for logistics outlets as an enterprise (B2B) service.
Accounts are provisioned by an account manager; scope, term and fees are governed by the signed service agreement.
2. User responsibilities
You warrant the legality of uploaded data and must safeguard account credentials; losses from leaked credentials rest with the account holder.
The System must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, scraping or reverse engineering.
3. Data & intellectual property
Business data you upload belongs to you; the System’s software, interfaces and documentation belong to NexLora.
Upon termination you may export your business data; we delete it after the period agreed in the contract.
4. Disclaimers & changes
Calculation results depend on the pricing policies you configure and the accuracy of uploaded data — validate via simulation before formal use.
These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes are announced in the System.
